Cleveland Technical Societies Council
2026 Honor Juniors
Every year, the Cleveland Technical Societies Council invites teachers at high schools from throughout Northeast Ohio to nominate one high school junior as the outstanding mathematics or science student in their school. These exceptional students are designated by the CTSC as Honor Juniors. Next year, 2027, these Honor Juniors will be eligible to apply for one of the CTSC's $1,500 scholarships.

Once again, the CTSC is collaborating with the Cleveland Engineering Society (CES) to provide students with a glimpse into what it’s like to work in a STEM profession. This year’s Honor Juniors and their teachers will be invited to attend the CES’s Annual Engineering in Construction and Manufacturing Conference and Trade Show on Friday, May 1, 2026. This year’s conference theme is: “Made in America.”

Students and their teachers will have total access to the keynote presentations and the follow-up panel discussions and breakout sessions where top professionals will discuss real-world issues, real-world problems and real-world solutions. In addition there will be exhibits from local companies featuring their products and services.
The experience is totally FREE. Honor Junior nominees and teachers will receive conference registration information at a later date.
